These Terms of Service govern your use of the T's Poppin Popcorn N Treats online store and your purchase of products through our website. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, quantities, colors, and images accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly from images shown online. Product availability may change without notice.

Our products are ready-to-eat food items. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, following storage instructions, and considering any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. If you have a question about ingredients or allergens, contact us before placing your order.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, shipping restrictions, or an inability to deliver to the selected address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other checkout charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping and international orders

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Domestic and international delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for complying with destination-country import requirements and paying any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other delivery-related fees. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or refusals caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, or an incorrect or incomplete address.

Refunds and order issues

Ready-to-eat food products are final sale. We may provide a refund or replacement for an order that arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or with a quality issue, subject to our Refund Policy.

Requests must be sent to Poppinpopcorn25@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and should include the order number and supporting photos when applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The content of this store, including product names, text, logos, images, graphics, and other materials, belongs to T's Poppin Popcorn N Treats or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the store or delivery of an order.
